Flowers Related

 

Can I request for customized arrangements? 

Yes, it is our pleasure to do so.

For orders above SGD90, do feel free to email us your picture reference and preferred selection of flowers for a discussion. Do send us your request through email at least one week before the required date to allow us time to craft out the perfect bouquet for you and your loved ones.

 

Where does your flowers come from?

Our flowers came from a variety of countries all over the regions, including Africa, Holland, Taiwan, etc.

We handpicked the flowers personally from our local suppliers to ensure its 100% freshness

 

How long can the flowers last?

The fresh flowers will typically last for around 3-5 days in Singapore’s humid and hot weather. Make sure to keep the flowers in a well-ventilated room away from direct sunlight to prolong its life.

For our coloured baby breath series, the bouquets can be kept in its original floral wrapping and it will gradually turn into dried flowers. The colour will still stay and the bouquet can thus be kept for around 1-2 years for display or decoration. 

 

How do I care for the flowers?

The flowers can be taken out from the wrapper after 1-2 days. Trim the stems by cutting the ends at a slant and put it into a vase filled with fresh water.

Change the water regularly and display the flowers at a cool spot away from direct sunlight. To prevent contamination, do make sure to remove any fading petals, leaves or stems from the water.

 

 

 Orders and Payment related

 

How do I order? 

Select your preferred flower bouquet from the website together with the available options and add to cart. Do remember to select your preferred date of self-collection/delivery.

Check out by entering the relevant details. Upon completion of checking out, do note that your order is not confirmed yet. After we have process and ensure that we are able to take your order, a message with the payment instructions will be sent to you via Whatsapp.

 

How do I know if my order is being processed? 

Your order will only be confirmed after the payment is made thereafter. Currently, we are only accepting bank transfer as the only payment method.

Upon verification of your payment, a confirmation message will be sent to you via Whatsapp.

 

 

Delivery/Self-Collection Related

 

What are the slots for delivery or self-collection?

Self-collection:

 

Weekdays -  9.00am - 5.00pm @ AMK Tech 1 office (Strictly for Appointments only) / 6.30pm @ AMK MRT control station 

Weekend - 10.00am - 12.00pm @ AMK Tech 1 office 

Delivery (Chargeable at $15):

Morning Slot - 10.00am – 1.00pm slot

Afternoon Slot - 2.00pm – 5.00pm slot

 

Is it possible for me to collect the bouquet personally at your office? 

Yes, you have the option to choose to self-collect the bouquet personally at our office during weekdays, 10.00am-5.00pm. Do note that we do not have a physical retail store currently for you to drop by to browse our collections of flowers.

How much is the delivery charge? 

Delivery is chargeable at $15 per bouquet regardless of location, except for some restricted places such as military camps for example. Re-delivery will incur additional charges similar to delivery services during peak period such as Valentines’ Day.

 

Who does the delivery? 

We have engaged a trusted third-party courier to deliver all our bouquets.
